This page is a fansite for the manga Ichigeki Sacchu!! HoiHoi-San and (almost) everything relating to it, as stated before.
But the true reason for this site existence is the utter lack of readily-avalible information about HoiHoi-San as a franchise in english. Which is odd because to me it should have at least some dedicated fans in the west, right?
Or maybe its that most people read the original manga and/or watch the OVA, find out about the cancelled LEGACY OVA, don’t find any more information about this in english and assume there’s nothing more, and move on. Not surprising.
I mean if you think about, the fact that there exists a whole SEQUEL and spinoff that most people aren’t aware of is a bit crazy to me. You can literally buy AMABIE VER. online, right now at the very least.
So, in summary, thats the reason why this site exists. To bring awareness to this thing that I, the webmaster, find charming, by compiling a bunch of information and content into a single place.
And, also, in case Tumblr ceases to be and all of those illustrations get lost to time again.
